Well first thing to do is a transmission fluid change. Buy some ATF - Automatic Transmission Fluid ( comes in quarts ) directly from Honda and do this in your driveway. I don't have my Helms manual in front of me, but I will make sure to look up how many quarts of ATF to buy for a full flush + refill and the like, will update soon.

Do you park the car on a hill? The reason i ask this is that with automatics, sometimes the car will roll a bit after your park and it'll put tension on your transmission making it harder to shift out of park the next time you start your car.
Try this: when you go to park your car... with it still in gear (drive or reverse), hold your foot on the brake pedal and then pull your e-brake BEFORE shifting it into park. See if that helps the next time you go to start your car.
If that doesn't help, then go with the fluid change street_ride suggested. If all that doesn't fix your problems, then it might be time for a new tranny.
