Yeah you probably should because the walbro pumps bump up fuel pressure by like 10psi once installed so its good to have a FPR and gauge to set it right for your application.. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emsmile.gif

I recommend aeromotive...

thanx for the info. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/embeer.gif BTW are there any dealers here on h-t that you know of?

That you will have to search for. But the unit can be bought for about $125 from most places including summit racing, jcwhitney, etc..

That was at idle or WOT?

That is the pressure at Idle...

Wow. That was with stock regulator on a 94 VTEC? Using a B&M gauge I'm guessing?

Re: 4gen H22 fuel pressure (4bidden)

From my experience, 42-46 psi works well on slightly modded ludes (I/H/E)

Re: 4gen H22 fuel pressure (4bidden)

Yup, stock FPR on the 94Vtec. I replaced the fuel rail and FPR to AEM and just have it set to 39psi right now.

Re: 4gen H22 fuel pressure (Que_Lude)

question.... B&M doesn't list any FPR for the Prelude. Do you guys use the one intended for the Integra GSR or something and it works?

Re: 4gen H22 fuel pressure (cpforyou)

Yes... you basically just cut the top off the stock regulator and bolt the B&M on it.

Are you serious!? I've never seen anyone have their fuel pressure set at 25psi at idle. I do all my adjustments with the vacuum line taken off the manifold and with my finger over it, simulating WOT. I think the WOT pressure I am running is 43ish, with it at about 32-33 idle. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Mine is at about the same as these guys. I'm using an electrical fuel pressure gauge and at idle it's just above 30 psi and once I mash on the gas it jumps to around the 40 mark. This is on a 94 h22a1 https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

Re: 4gen H22 fuel pressure (cpforyou)

it think the actual name for it is b&m fuel flo modifier
which isn't the exact same thing as a FPR
