3rr gen Prelude exhaust question
Hi, I have kind of a random exhaust mods question. Does anyone know if it is possible to modify a 1st Gen WRX exhaust to fit a stock 91 Prelude Si 4WS with a B21A1 and manual transmission? I have an opportunity to get a free WRX exhaust. If there is any way to make it work I think it would sound a lot better than the stock Honda exhaust. It doesn't even have to be the entire exhaust, I think anything from the cat back would be fine. Did I mention that it's free? I'd be doing everything myself except any major welds.
I once made a transmission mount for a 65 Pontiac Catalina with 2 motor mounts from 2 completely unrelated cars and it worked perfectly so I'm not scared of doing things a little (or a lot) differently, as long as it will work correctly and is safe (not going to fall off on the freeway or catch on fire. LOL)
If anyone out there can tell me if it's even doable i would greatly appreciate it.

Re: 3rr gen Prelude exhaust question
You can probably use parts of it but probably you have to do some custom/new bend parts
Take both ones out and compare em side by side side to see how you have to make it done
Header back exhaust would benefit you more - get free flow cat there as well
That kind of project is all about major welds so if you have to pay for that.. Its going to cost you
