1999 prelude at, base misfire issue

as the title states i have a 1999 prelude base with an auto trans that has a misfire on cylinders 1,2, and sometimes 3, also has a p1399 code in pending. I have checked compression and have less than a 10psi difference from cyl.1 to cyl.4. i have replaced the distributor, plugs, wires egr valve, knock sensor, swapped injectors to see if the code follows, replaced I.M. gasket and egr valve gasket. If anyone has had this happened, let me know if you fixed it and what caused it.

Clean your Map sensor, Im pretty sure the obd2 dizzies self adjust the ignition timing off of vacuum. Could be a timing issue, also be worth checking to see if it jumped a tooth on the mechanical timing as well.

Wen you replaced the dizzy did you go oem, or at least get a oem cap and rotor?

pull your egr plugs and clean the egr ports
