I have a 1990 prelude si 2.1. When I start it up it will run rough like it is loaded up with fuel. I've cleaned the egr valve and the throttle body. It has a new TPS and its adjusted right .5 at closed and 4.5 wot. I ordered a new timing light so I can check that. Also it has new plugs ,wires, cap and button. Anyone with ideals please help me out. No check engine light on either.

Does it only do it when the car is warmed up ?

any idea when it last had a valve lash adjustment?
have you done a compression test or leakdown test? cold, and hot
