is that a honda silver wing with a repsol paint shceme? don't know if they sell the repsol but they sell the silverwing. it has a 600cc engine in it. not your typical scooter. get a aprillia rs50, or a new derbie gpr50

not sure about Mi, but here in florida you can ride them without an m class endoresment, i wouldn't take it on the interstate, because of lack of accleration. some people mod them to 88cc i think and you can get up to around 80mph on them. i think they top out around 60 stock. your not suppsoed to take them on highways, but a cop isn't gonna look at that and think its a scooter. it is classified as a scooter, less than 50cc. just don't get pulled over on the highway and you should be fine.
