Noob brake question

Noob brake question
I have an 83 Honda CM450. Now my question is, when the bike isnt on and i am rolling it, every time the wheel rotates to a certain position it has a horrible squeek, that sounds like it is coming from the brakes. I am a noob when it comes to bikes and the expanding brake system that my bike has. Any tips on what i can do to solve this problem?

step one...check your brake pads.....are they down to the backing plates? If you don't know how to do that, take it to the shop...no offense 
step two, check the rotors for trueness
step three....listen closely to see if it is the wheel bearing and not the brakes
if none of that works, let us know.....
