I have an 03 CBR 600rr and when I come to a stop or when I'm going down the driveway backwards out of my garage and Im on the brake there is a slight grinding noise coming from the front brake does anyone know what this could be???

How slight is it? Do you notice it when braking at speed?

Brake pads drag a little bit on the rotors at all times.

check for scorched debris in the pads and/or drag lines in your rotors

At times tiny debris can get caught there between the pad and rotor, little rocks etc. Most of the time its simply just pad drag

Have you dropped the bike before?

A buddy of mine dropped his and the rotor ended up being seated funny, ultimately grinding away his entire brake pad
