Default Need 96 CBR 600 help!

Ok last week I bought a cbr 600, it started right up and I drove it fine as a test drive, it needed new tires so I didn't ride it home, loaded it in the back of my truck. when I got home I wouldn't start, I kept trying to start it until the battery died, then I jumped started it and it worked and ran fine, I drove it 15 miles to work, I was at work from 6-10 when I went to leave it wouldn't start, when I tried jump starting it at work it was very hard and took a long time, but finally got it started. The next morning I was gonna drive it to school, had to jump start it and it took a long time but ran fine afterwards, after school had to jumpstart it again and it took forever again, then I was riding around for a good 45 min, stopped at a friends house for about 20 min, went outside and it started right up, and it kept starting up the rest of the day, got home the next day didn't have to jump start it, started up after a couple tries without running the battery dead, rode it a little bit no problems, changed the spark plugs after that, the next day, had to jump start it but it didn't take as long that time, that night I took off the air box and checked the filter and carbs, has a k&n filter, I cleaned it out a little, the carbs were good, fuel lines weren't clogged, put it back together, it started up, I let it run for a little bit drove it down the street, parked it, now it won't start, it'll sometimes start with full choke on but when I turn the choke down a little it dies, what happened? I need help, if you need more info let me know

Can you bump start it?
Most of the time you have a dead battery and you are riding a four cylinder, you can bump start a bike... specially carbed bikes (twins are tough to bump start because of the larger displacement per cylinder)

that being said, if your battery is new, your stator is bad.

seems like carb problem to me...

at first use a carb cleanner.

if this dosent work you sould inspect your carbs. find the idle control screw settings and make tests.

if the idle control screw wont fix the problem you have to strip your carbs...

find the service manual of your bike and read it well, before sripping the carbs

the battery voltage drops because of crancking, its not the batery the problem (from what i understood)

jump start force the engine too much, even with carb problems so it starts

i had the same problem, cranking with the starter untill batery runs out altough started well with jumpstart. The batery and the stator-magneto was perfect, the problem was the carb...
