no issues with glare, they are so f'in bright though, none of my friends will ride in front of me at night. every bike i get from now on will have them, i love it.

Re: (stevelive3)

of course you don't have any issues with glare, it's everyone who's coming in the opposite direction that's getting blinded...

Love the High Mount https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif For some reason it goes very well with your new color. What color was your bike before to have the rear wheel powder coated yellow?

my friend paints for a living, we did it in his garage. He had the paint and clear laying around from another job, i loved the color so we did it. it ended up costing me about 40 bucks that i gave him towards the paint, oh and it also cost me a 12 pack that we drank while doing it. lol the bike was yellow before

i dont think you know what glare is, ur friends dont wanna ride in front of you because of the glare lol, putting HID head lights into HALOGEN housings will create glare , the housings are not meant for hids so it cause's glare, the cut off line is probably not that great, i have hids on my bike but hey the glare will get you noticed more, i just wont do it to my car w/o a retrofit.

i understood what he meant by glare, all HID's some-what glare compared to halogen bulbs, i totally agree with you on the housing issue, i really dont consider it to be a probelm. ill take some pics tonight or tomorrow night of them on some back roads, what i would consider glare issues may be nothing to you and vice versa
