first off, what kind? (polini, blata, grc, etc.)
second, what kind of prob are you having?
with my polini carena, the common prob is the plastic starter ratchet gets chewed up from hard pulling, which in turn won't allow it to pull start. check this:

let me know what kind of prob you're having. mabye i can help.

Look in the phone book and look for a place that repairs lawn mower and 2 stokes engines, they'll fix it, the 47cc engine is pretty much the samething as a chain saw/ weed wacker engine.

Does it turn over and just not start?
2-strokes need two things to run, gas and spark. Check the spark plug and make sure it's getting fuel.
To check the plug just take it out and hook the wire on to it while it's out of the bike. Hold the threaded end onto something metal on the bike, and kick/pull start the bike and look for spark. A good spark will be fairly bright and look blue.
