ABS light flashing and tachometer doesn't work- Honda CB1100 EX

ABS light flashing and tachometer doesn't work- Honda CB1100 EX
I have one Honda CB1100EX made in Japan in 2015.
Yesterday, I took my bike for a ride and recognized that ABS indicating light is flashing and tachometer does not work. I took it to a mechanic and he found that the signal wires of front ABS sensor were parted (supposed it was bitten by rat) these 2 wires were connected and I switched on/off the key and run test but the fault (ABS indicating light is flashing and tachometer does not work) is still exist.
Could anyone advise me how to do further check or any instruction to reset/clear this fault?
