Default Positive battery Connector

Hello all, new to the site. Hoping someone can help me. Did a quick search but found nothing. 2014 Pilot. I broke the positive battery connection and I am wondering if I can just replace the connector or do I have to replace the whole cable? It is a more complicated connector than I am familiar with. Has cable and another wire enclosed in a box. I am NOT a mechanic by any stretch so don't assume I know anything. Appreciate any/all help.

Looks like the terminal cover is replaceable on its own

That's what I thought, but my dealer says I have to buy the whole cable. Appreciate your response.

The OEM plastic cover is not the same thing as the cable terminal.

Ageed. Reading comprehension ehh

In that case, a whole new cable IMO is the better way to go if $ permits. Replacing just the connector is only gonna be a temporary solution.

Last week I actually replaced both battery cables entirely on my 98 Accord, after using said temporary solution for too long. I used a Standard Motor Products part instead of the og Honda version (bought at rockauto), and it worked out great (was having no-crank and no-start condition). If this is the right one, their at about $25 for the posi cable for yours:
