May I please have your assistance? I知 having problems with my 2013 Honda Pilot Touring Navigation. I知 hoping you are able to assist me.

My navigation unit is stuck on a confirmation screen trying to find a GPS satellite. I知 trying to locate my database version and device id to order an updated dvd map. I cannot select info since my screen is frozen on confirmation.

I知 able to hold Map/Guide, Cancel and Dest/Route to enter Diagnostic Mode. I can obtain information from here, but not the requested information required to purchase a new disc. I知 not certain the appropriate information is available in diagnostics to order the disc I need or if this will resolve my problem. I壇 rather revert back to the original navi version, but I do not have the disk since I purchased the Pilot used.

I知 hoping installing the new update will resolve my problem
