Engine “clatter”/knocking

2008 Odyssey EX-L 3.5 VCM
214k miles

Just started clattering earlier this week. Sounds like (using a stethoscope) it’s coming from the head nearest the firewall. Anybody have any issues with the rocker shaft bridge bolts becoming loose?
