i was wondering if you have to remove the bumper to take out a 99 crv headlight because mine has condensation in it?

if i remeber it, yes you need to remove the bumper...
theres screw under the headlight that is on the back of the
upper bumper trim... try to look for it...anyway, removing the
bumper isnt really that hard, its just screw and clips!

crap i was hoping no one would say that, but any who, i took a quick look, looks like the grill screws will come off. Fender and under the bumper?

if could remember theres only 2 screws under the bumper,
its holding the splash guard piece i think, its near the sides...

There's a couple bolts on the bottom. And a couple screws on the corners and then just a bunch of plastic clips. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to take the bumper off.
