Don't sweat it Spoon. CVT does the job. Beautiful color on the car.
And the back is ugly because it's functional, like machine gun ports or something. You don't want it to look pretty it has a function to perform, just don't stare at it too much .

I've never driven with a CVT, but they seem to be reliable now, he should be fine. I'll stick with manual though.

Congrats on the new car, it'll be interesting to see how people like them after a while of ownership.

stfu already. you posted like 5 times in this thread. no one cares what you think.

also the cvt isnt that bad. i test drove one and i was surprised by it. i personally would have went 6 speed, but that's me and not the OP who wanted the cvt due to his commute.

Yes the CR-Z has the CVT instead of the old slushbox style of automatics like the US version of the Fit. They even derated the torque so they could use the CVT with the 1.5 Leah.

Stop being a troll.

Its cool every one has there opinion but i dont mind the CVT still fun to drive around plus if honda comes out with a non hybrid version i would deff buy it manual.

The trannys aren't a bad design just the upkeep.

How much is a quart of honda cvt fluid and how many quarts does it take.

No I haven't worked on one of these but usually the fluid is pricey for a cvt and they take a lot.

A maxima I just did took over 10 quarts at 14$ a quart don't know the exact number but he spent over 150 just on fluid for his trans

Looks great, enjoy your CR-Z. As for the trans, I disagree that you need to an M/T. The A/T is fine. I keep an A/T for both commuting in NYC bumper to bumper traffic, as well as the capability of my wife being able to drive it comfortable when the need for her to drive it arises as well.
