got my 01 insight it only has 108,000 miles and it runs weak I check the compression and its at 60-65 psi.. @ 7/8 cranks. Cold engine why would it be so low when all others have 200-220psi is there a issue with the valves or do the rings burn up.. Do these engines go bad or not.. 1.0L

Figured out what was my problem the 3rd head main is scored really bad and so is the forged cam.. Also my timing pin in the cam gear/cam is broken and it fucd the cam grove up.. So does anyone have a cylinder head for this 3cyilnder engine 1.0 LMK.. PM me a price would like one..

Ill keep you in mind I will end up taking my oil pan off to take a look at the rest maybe check the rods other wise Ill just get a whole motor.. But head would be much easier.. ILL keep you in mind pm me your phone #..

I have a complete '03 5spd engine for $650. Do NOT get a CVT engine, the CR is different and it will not Lean Burn (which has huge MPG impact).
