Default Installing Aftermarket Amp and Subwoofer

I need to install an amp and subwoofer off the stock stereo in my 2011 Honda CRZ EX. Do I need a converter? What do I need to know?

If its anything like 1st gen Insight, you can tap the DC to DC converter directly. Output it 70A. Ive seen examples of 700 watt systems run this way. You can Upgrade the DC to DC but its really pricey. maybe wire up 2 together? You can also add an alternator if you want to get crazy.
