Why do you really need to disable a device to alert pedestrians, blind, etc.?
It actually is quite easy to do; but, I would like to hear your answer to this question.

Yeah that’s a safety feature and you’d be in for a huge lawsuit if you hit somebody because they hear you

The reason I needed to know is I have added a subwoofer to my 2018 Honda clarity and the AVAS sounds are distorting the subwoofer uncontrollably when they play. So I cannot listen to music now. People will definitely hear me near by bc of my stereo system. But not obnoxiously. I just need to find out where the avas control unit is in this vehicle. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Since disabling safety devices, etc. is not exactly condoned on this forum I will not not provide the direct answer.
You can search via the web with the term Honda acoustic vehicle alerting system and it will give you information regarding the system on other models, which may clue you in. Think also about the part emitting the sound.
You can also search online Honda parts dealers to view parts diagrams relevant to your vehicle.
Whether and how you connect the dots is up to you.

It sounds like you need to isolate your stereo/subwoofer wiring..that'd be a much smarter solution.
