Hi, i have a honda fit base model 2005. The car starts well, but has a problem it appears to lose power and also acceleration. Today, while driving i experienced the same at a junction, the car jerked and even when you floor the accelerator their is absolutely no response. It takes like a minute or so then picks up and drive well. I serviced it, changed the plugs, filters, ATF and oil, but the problem is still there. Please any idea what the problem is?

You hadn't mentioned your region and if the temperatures in your area are rather high,with a high humidity level. You've also failed to mention your mileage. When you say you changed plugs, changed them to which? Plug choice does matter, as does fuel octane.
