Default Replaced coils and plugs, CEL now flashing

08 Honda fit. Purchased w/o records @ 106k, now 120K. Car started stumbling under load. Autozone pulled codes. P0301, P0302 and P0300. So, misfires on cylinders 1 & 2 and Random misfires. Decided to change all four coils and plugs. Used NGKIZFR6K13 plugs and Hitachi IGC0053. Plugs torqued to 16 ft/lb. Fired up after switch and ran like a top in the garage. An hour later I head out on an errand and within 150 yards CEL comes on and shortly thereafter it goes into flashing mode. Engine was still running perfectly smoothly.
I wont have access to a code reader until tomorrow but I cannot figure out what I might possibly have done incorrectly in such a simple task. I mean, I changed the timing belt and water pump in my 1990 Miata and that went fine. Any thoughts?

Try disconnecting your battery for a minute or so to clear the info in the ECU. Did you get fuel after, if so check your fuel cap is tight.

Flashing CEL is usually related to misfires codes. Loose fuel cap would not cause 'flashing' CEL; only solid CEL.
