This morning while I was driving a green dashboard light that said "Cruise Main" came on. What does this warning mean? Can I clear it myself or does it have to go in for service?

You probably inadvertently switched on the cruise control. It just means it is turned on. You can turn if off by pressing the cruise control button. Otherwise, when you turn off the car, it should switch off too.

The owner's manual has the information. You could look up the owner's manual online for free if you don't have the physical copy.
