I have a 2009 Fit... About four months ago my service engine light came on and it turned out to be the vacuum canister... I didn't have that repair made until a week ago... The thing is my gas mileage dropped like a rock a week before that... Having that repair done and a new air cleaner did nothing to resolve this new issue... There is no odor of gas... The car breezed through inspection this morning... I thought for sure I would have failed for hydrocarbons... The car idles normally... Accelerates smoothly... And shifts beautifully...

I'm dividing the number of miles traveled on the odometer by the number of gallons it took to fill the tank...
