P0369 & P0339 sputter and hesitation
Hope this helps anyone that is experiencing the same issues
2008 honda fit sport 1.5 manual transmission 190k miles.
Started to HESITATE very badly and very intermittently only seemed to happen under heavier than normal acceleration. Vehicles history last 15k Miles had been lacking in acceleration and fuel economy.
when the hesitation 1st started CEL was for p0369 camshaft position sensor. Replaced it and same issue. On 2nd test drive CEL was p0339 crankshaft position sensor but I also noticed a strange reading from O2 sensor B1S1 upstream, it would fluctuate voltage at a normal rate but was going into a negative voltage readings. O2 sensor was quite pricey for an O2 but got a decent deal online (get a denso) and decided to replace both the crank and O2 sensor B1S1 upstream st the same time. The car ran better than ever before and if I had to put my finger on the main culprit I'd say it was the O2 sensor. It was the original one from factory. It was likely causing a fuel control issue when it was get the negative readings. If anyone encounters a issue like this check you B1S1 O2 reading and replace it you see a negative voltage reading. Before you replace a crank or cam sensor.
Good luck to all
