my 2007 honda fit is reading negative 15%
If my gauge is reading negative..but when I checked the oil it was fine ...should I be worried. The oil is clean and level is fine.

When was the oil last changed?
The maintenance minder should be reset after every oil change. If it wasn't reset then it just continues to count down.
If it was previously reset, than you're way over due for an oil change.
The maintenance minder doesn't really know the condition or the level of the oil.
