Hi all,

I've recently had the side mirror (with blinker) on my Honda Jazz GD 2006 broken and I bought a non-genuine part to replace it. Unfortunately, the wiring points were not the same when I went to test the new part i.e.
when I clicked the button for the mirror to go up => the blinker would flash;
when I clicked the button for the mirror to go left => the mirror would go down;
when I clicked the button for the mirror to go down => the mirror would go up;
when I indicated right => the mirror would go left; etc.

I can't return the part at this point in time because I am past the return date so the only solution I can think of is to try and fix the wiring myself. I've searched everywhere on the web but I can't find an instruction manual to unhook the wire from the wire harness. Is it possible to remove the wires from the harness? Is it dangerous to do it?

My side mirror is an electronic one with a blinker and 7 wire/pin plug.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
