Honda Fit door lock cylinder woes
Hi,
I was warned about inferior lock cylinder issues with the Fit and maybe other years of Honda, I'm about to tackle the problem and am wondering if anyone here has replaced the cylinder with another model that wasn't so prone to pin corruption? I've seen smithies replace/upgrade a lock with a better cylinder on a house door lock so It's gotta be possible. I'm going to ask the locksmith abut the possibility. Anyone had a stab at this idea?
Yea it means more than one key in your pocket but at least one key will consistently unlock the door, with the appropriate love of course.

Re: Honda Fit door lock cylinder woes
Interested in a solution to this. The drivers side lock on my 2008 Fit stopped working years ago. I bought the keyless entry kit for it to get around this, but it'd be nice to fix it properly.
