I find that the lease price for the Sport is way too high. The MSRP for the Fit Sport is 20,780$, it's lease price is 423.36$. The MSRP for the Civic LX is 21,580$ for a lease price of 425.20$. According to me, the lease price for the Fit Sport is way overpriced. The Civic price is 800$ more then the Fit for the same lease price? Why are the numbers so high for the Fit Sport lease price?

The residual value of the fit is lower than the civic, which means you have a bigger depreciation value and lease payment. Remember with a lease you are paying for the depreciation/length of term + interest.

Yeah I got a price at 395CAN$/months for a Fit sport but manual... its for my gf. At that price she will probably get a Yaris since she want something cheaper than 400$ per months its ridiculous !

At that price you can get something better.

Yaris is about the same price if you get a comparible model with the same options. Plus you don't get magic seats.

wait a few months interest rates are still very high on them they will go down and we will be able to get them for a more reasonable price
