Default Cylinder head compatibility

I am trying to discover if this 2009 head is compatible with the 2013.

2013 honda fit 1.5 L15A7 RP3-1 Markings on the Intake side of the head, vin:JHMGE8H38DC019038

2009 Honda Fit Sport S-1, RB0-G markings on the intake side of the head,
vin:JHMGE88469S029993

Also any help finding write ups for performing a head swap on the 2013 would be greatly appreciated. I can't seem to find any videos or write ups. I may have to make the first.

Thanks in advance.

I ventured out to my local Honda dealership today to try to get more information.
I spoke to the parts department, and to a service manager. The parts department explained to me that they would not help people sort out compatibility with honda parts. No surprise there. They did however tell me the part numbers for the two heads.
2013 - JHMGE8H38DC019038 - 1.5L, L15A7 Part# 12200-RTW-A00 Cylinder Head (Replaces:12200-RP3-A00)
2009 - JHMGE88469S029993 - 1.5L, L15A7 Part# 12200-RB0-G00 Cylinder Head
The service manager that I spoke to was able to tell me that the engine in the 2009 was in fact a L15A7. This only confounded me more though because if both blocks are the same why wouldn't the heads be compatible? Sitting on a table side by side, these heads are visually the same. According to rock auto, the part number for the head gasket set - "MAHLE ORIGINAL/VICTOR REINZ HS54815" is the same for both years. I feel pretty confidently that the 2009 will bolt up to the 2013.
What I don't understand is why this wont work. Could it be that the cam is different enough that it could cause a crash because a valve stays open longer than a valve on the original head? I have a hard time accepting this theory because both engines are rated at 117 hp according to the VIN Decoder used by our very own honda-tech.com...
2013
4 Cylinder Engine Displacement L/CI 1.5/91
Horsepower 117.0 @ 6600
Net Torque 106.0 @ 4800
2009
4 Cylinder Engine Displacement L/CI 1.5/91
Horsepower 117.0 @ 6600
Net Torque 106.0 @ 4800

So... here I am. Any thoughts or feedback is welcome and appreciated...

www.hondapartsnow.com indicates that these two are just not compatible. I want to know why...
2013 car trying to use the 2009 head.

Here are some shots of the two cylinder heads side by side.

Head gasket set, same part number - (MAHLE ORIGINAL/VICTOR REINZ HS54815)
Camshaft position sensor, same part number - (BECK/ARNLEY 1800718)
Camshaft sprocket, same number of teeth
Intake valve, same part number - (14711-RB0-000 Valve, In.)
Exhaust valve, same part number (14721-RB0-000 Valve, EX.)
Variable Valve Timing (VVT) Solenoid / Actuator, same part number (STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS VVT304)
Temperature Sender / Sensor, same part number (STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS TX216)
I have even gone so far as to turn the camshaft to make sure that the valves open and close in the same order as the original head. The only visible differences that I can discern are small casting patterns and numbers. If there is anyone out there that can tell me why this will not work, please explain it to me. Otherwise this looks like Honda engineers using the same form factor and putting different numbers on it. Any thoughts or comments are welcomed.
