Air Cleaner Element?
 

Hi,

MM says that I am due for changing out the 'Air Cleaner Element'.

Is that the Air Filter?

Yes it's the air filter.

Air Cleaner Element'. is 2 air filter service.
One is engine air filter (under hood) and pollen air filter(some called cabin air filter).
Is is behind glove box. Read owner's manual. Very easy.
you do not have to buy from Honda(Sub 2 item costs C$125)
You can by local store then DIY
