2015 Honda Fit Defective Paint & battery
Purchased a 2015 Honda Fit a year ago at a Honda Acura dealer 2017. The milage was just over 48k so it was nearly out of warranty when I purchased it. Today, it had two areas that the paint is peeling off, I took it to a Honda dealer and they said it was definitely a decent, turned it in and it was denied by Honda. They said I needed to call Honda directly. I called Honda directly and they said since I was the second owner and it was our of warranty, though it's only a little over two years old that they won't cover it. Honda said if there is a paint recall that they will notify me. I also had a defective battery that tested ok but was bad and wouldn't start the car every now and then, they also said that wasn't a defect yet many people complain about this issue and they have noted it themselves. I'll never buy nor refer a Honda again and I have many bloo sources as it's what I do.

honda used to be a fairly reliable maker, but they have gone to **** over the last 10 years and especially with them moving over to junk cvt's the next car I buy will be a Toyota, especially since they still use regular automatics
