Default Weird HVAC issue

2007 element
When the ignition is turned on, ac off, both fans turn on, ac turned on both fans turn off
Now when you Start the engine both fans turn off in either the ac on or off. (Cooling fan does come on when temp is high enough) Clutch never engages. At the relays I can force both fans on and the clutch. When I force the clutch cold air does comes out of the vent.
Not sure where to start

I also did find that the ac fan does come on along with the cooling fan when temperatures get high. So ac fan and clutch do not come on when ac is turned on

I now found if I ground the lead at the climate control blue/gray and start the engine the fans and clutch come on and I get cold air. With a volt meter from ground to blue/gray wire +6 volts no ac when ac on 3.5 volts. If I ground it everything works. Wondering if the climate control is not bring the voltage down enough to ground. The climate module does have a good ground. Climate modules seem more an issue with Accords but nothing in the element other than changing bulbs. Another thoughts. Could get one at a junk yard but rather make a logical choice. A Honda tech told me he did replace a climate control unit once. Can’t find any schematics on the inputs and outputs of the module. Did trace red/gray pin wire to a JFET transistor . Surprising there are a lot of semiconductors on the module.

Is there any other wiring points that I could narrow down to make sure it is the climate control module.

seems you have an electrical issue. AC controls the fan, not your ignition. The ignition just enables the interior system.
