Transmission Codes?

Transmission Codes?
I love my 98 CRV but I've put $3K into it since January! It's at 200,000 miles on the car and 100,000 on the engine at this point.
Came home today, pulled into my driveway and my check engine light came on along with a flashing D4 on my gear shift panel.
I turned right back around and brought it to my mechanic but on the drive there, suddenly my spedometer wasn't working, and it was stuck in a strange gear, not wanting to accelerate. My mechanic ran a code reader on it. It spit out these codes.
P1298- ELD Voltage High
P0135- HO2S (S1) Heater Failure
P0141- HO2S Heater Circute Malfunction
P0700- A/T System Malfunction
He says it's definitely the O2 sensor and is going to have a deeper look tomorrow but suspects the transmission needs to be replaced. having sunk $3k into this car already, this terrifies me. I get some seriously mixed results when I google this and would love your input!
Is this going to take my entir paycheck and leave this poor teacher starving for a few months?

Re: Transmission Codes?
Problems may be due to a blown fuse. Check interior under-dash Fuse No. 15 (7.5A). If fuse is blown, and a replacement fuse blows immediately or a little later, there is probably a short in a wire of electrical component.
