Default Timing rebuild K24

So I want to get some opinions on rebuilding the timing components on my 2002 CRV. I'm going to be taking the front cover off to remove the cams and change the valve seals and figure that while I'm in there why not replace some parts that have been going for over 300k MI. Now I was looking to change the chain, tensioner, and some guides; more research also led me to the thought that I should change all the sprockets while I'm there. I guess the sprockets would be worn out and can wear the new chain.

Does that sound necessary or would just the above items be enough? I'm also changing the original water pump and thermostat while in there. Anything else I should consider?
