Default Struts and shocks

Need some feed back..

Car is a 2004 Honda CR-V FWD with 115,000 miles, wife wanted to sell it and no way am I going to do that the car has another 150,000 yet to go, so I hope, onto my questions and answers for myself.

The question is how many of the following parts need or should be replaced on the front struts and rear shocks.? I live in Phoenix Az. and rubber parts life span is limited.

2-51402-S9A-014 / RUBBER, FR. SPRING MOUNTING
$18.32 x2

8 51722-S7A-014 / RUBBER, FR. BUMP STOP
$18.42 x2

9 51726-S5A-004 / BEARING, FR. SHOCK ABSORBER MOUNT
$17.78 x2

10 51920-S6M-014 / MOUNT, R. FR. SHOCK ABSORBER
$30.59 x1

11 51925-S6M-014 / MOUNT, L. FR. SHOCK ABSORBER
$24.77 x1

Onto the struts, any opinions on the Sachs or KYB struts for the front and shocks for the rear.? From what I have read the Sachs are described on Rockauto;

Shock Absorber Twin-Tube; Type:Gas Pressure

The SACHS Super Touring range is aimed at drivers who like to do their daily driving without problems and their holiday driving with ease – thus expecting high safety and comfort. In city traffic, on country roads and on the highway.
In addition I will might upsizing the rear stabilizer bar with an ADDCO 2339 and would like to know what options I have for the front, maybe just replace the links and bushings with after market and possibly install a front strut bar, need some numbers on the sway bar links if anyone has them.

I know this will stiffen the suspension and change the handling substantially, that's OK I have 1-1/2" front and rear Roadmaster chromemoly swaybars on my 2006 Duramax Extended Cab long bed and just recently installed a B&W 5th wheel hide-a-ball under bed mount to stiffen the rear frame and some after market motor mounts as the motor mounts and engine also serve as a crossmemer.

Rear shocks, same question about rubber parts, which ones really need replacing.?

2 51689-SH3-004 / PLATE, BUMP STOP (SHOWA)

10 52675-S7A-004 / BASE, RR. SHOCK ABSORBER MOUNTING
$24.07 x2

11 52676-S5A-004 / SEAL, SHOCK ABSORBER MOUNTING
$5.51 x2 question this one may be part of 10

12 52686-S5A-004 / RUBBER, RR. SPRING MOUNTING
$12.51 x2

13 52687-S5A-014 / COVER, RR. DUST

if all youre doing is road driving the vehicle, just get aftermarket quick struts (full assemblies). They will be 1/4 of the price of oem, and 50 times faster to install, plus everything is brand new.

LDForget, cost is not what I'm looking for, high quality, long term service life if that exist anymore in the parts industry. R&R the struts is not a big deal for me, currently shopping for a clamshell spring compressor as I do not like the designs of the "sticks" I have seen.

Borrowing/renting from one of the local suppliers is an option for the sticks but in this case I would prefer a clamshell compressor. Read some halfway decent remarks about the Harbor Fraught clamshell compressor and may go to look at one next week.
