Re: Honda Element & CR-V Pictures
Just got the lift and tires done. planning some future mods like rock rails and bumpers. Plus pulling these 235/75's with an auto makes me looking for performance upgrades.

Re: Honda Element & CR-V Pictures
This was my Element as I was diagnosing my neglect... Engine swap was easiest option...
Mid engine swap...
It sat for a while... Feels so good to have my daily driver back... haha...

Have made a few moves since last time being active on here. Went from the B18C swapped 97 hatch to a mugen replica 09 CRV build then to a 2015 Civic Si build and now back to a little something more all year friendly for CNY standards back into 2015 CRV. Sitting very nice on D2 coilovers. Mostly OEM cosmetic upgrades and audio. It looks clean AF and handles great now. Just about toget OEM Euro style lower front bumper back from paint and will have some updated pics after that is installed.

Hey - new member and I'm fixing up a damaged 2005 Honda CRV AWD EX. It's going to be a lot of work so I decided to build a YouTube channel to document the experience: (NOTE: my channel was down but now it's back up!)

Re: Honda Element & CR-V Pictures
Hey All,
Just finished installing my Dobbinsons 40mm lift springs. Initial impressions:
I like the height. A moderate lift that I don't think will put undue stress on axles. I've lifted a lot of 4x4's but this is my first "family SUV". I wanted a little more ride height to tackle the "roads" here in Jamaica. I prefer a spring lift over spacers. I'm happy someone actually had springs for front and back for the Gen-2. I don't understand why there aren't more on the market???
The ride quality is good too. It's noticeably a little stiffer than stock, which is to be expected. The coils are definitely beefier. Although stiffer, it's not harsh by any means. I think they got it right. Personally I think they should ride this way from the factory.
Overall I very pleased with these springs. Here's a before and after of "Rocky".

Re: Honda Element & CR-V Pictures
Just bought today. 2003 Element EX. Wife's new SUV..$3000. Needs new flex pipe, FOB, Stereo (I have a brand new Kenwood double den in my closet for it) and the rear sway bars need bushings. Someone added 18" rims but matched the tires to original diameter so speedo is only off by .25 at 70
Bought last month. 2002 CRV $2500. Alternator went out the day I bought it (well the Voltage regulator did) but other than that been fantastic. And I know Honda Reliability so it was just a fluke. Upgraded the stereo to a Kenwood Double Din, added some camping aids under the Picnic table (Jumper box, Portable DVD player, LED Lantern, Portable power bank, Card games, extra water for the dogs)
