Default 2015 CRV EX- Thumping noise

HEllo,
I have 2015 CRV-EX. Rear right caliper was stuck and grinded pads. had to replace all brake pads, rotors and calipers at 43K miles. After about 11K pads were warn out, specially rear driver side. Went back to the shop and they replaced all under warranty Now after driving only 1500 miles every morning when I start driving some very hard grinding noise is coming which will go away after about 50 ft.., but then i will hear this thumping noise.
Any idea if this is still the brakes or something else.

perhaps the wheel/s is warped a bit. all that heat can do it. get the balance checked. kinda surprised a shop wouldn't have done that...or did they?
