Default Crv lift questions

Hey, quick question my link kits for both my sway bars are all f**ked I ordered strut spacers so I can fit some 235/70/16 mud tires I also have 2 inch wheel spacers. I am about to go buy all my linkits but just realized that most people lifting remove the sway bars and I don't want to waist money. Will removing my sway bars be dangerous at all if I'm not cornering at 100km/h ?

You increase your risk of rollover. Read the warning on your sun visor dummy!

Also, order Dobinson springs and nothing else. Spacers are for pussies

What about it dummy

I don't want springs my struts and springs are brand new and I love the way they ride

And my sunvisor says absolutely nothing about sway bars and rollovers

Sways are usually there to correct over-steer, so dont get to crazy on the streets and you should be ok.

People who lift their trucks usually remove the swaybar in order to get more movement when trying to overcome an obstacle on their course. They understand the risk when on the streets or highway.

Personally, I think removing the sway bars would be a bad idea...you can always try it. The benefits off road would not outweigh the on road benefits and safety as stated. I just received my Dobinsons for my 2nd gen, I was going to run spacers and opted out for more weight capacity and travel with springs. Really excited as I am going to replace every piece up front with Moog parts in the next month finally. Just remember.. It is a CRV, the steel wheels and bigger tires will be heavy, maybe look at the aluminum rim options out there too. GL

Where did you buy your springs?

How much were they?

How long did it take to receive them?

How much lift?

So far I fitted 235/70/16 Firestone all terrains on it and the acceleration difference is not that noticable when the trucks running well but at points the truck doesn't seem to respond to throttle and I only get like 1/4 throttle at wot it's weird
