Icon5 1999 Honda CR-V 0132 code

Hello, I have a 1999 honda CR-V with a JDM b20 engine swap. I am getting a 0132 code (Sensor Circuit High Voltage bank 1 sensor 1) I already changed both 02 sensors and check the wiring harness. I am thinking this could be an issue with the ECU? Anyone have any ideas as to what it can be causing this or what i can do to fix this code? Thank you.

I would suggest you check the voltage O2 sensor one first and let us know what voltage you have.
Also have you reset the code to see if it comes back?
