2ndGen's CRV Daily Project
Hi all,
Due to thieves, my built B18A1 Non-VTEC All Motor Build is, shall we say, on hold?
In that regard, allow me to introduce you to my CRV (sorry for shitty cell phone pics) and what is yet to be installed, but should be arriving soon:
KSport Coilovers
OBX Catback.
Already on the vehicle is a K&N Typhoon SRI.
(yes, I've heard the negative press regarding KSports. I've also personally run them on over vehicles with 0 problems for years)
I should have pictures of the install as soon as they arrive.
In the plans is a big brake kit, good pads, si rims, an intake manifold, header, and throttle body.
What I'd LOVE to do with the vehicle is an ERL Performance 2.5l stroker kit using 12.5:1 CR Pistons, a z3 head swap, K Pro, stage 2 cams with valvetrain and a mild P&P, and of course get my neat little auto tranny built at level10, to have the fastest daily driven 2nd gen CRV in the DFW Area. Those are delusional ideas that are probably far beyond anything practical and realistic, though.
Curiously, given the K24a1's 160hp, what would I realistically be looking at by a simple stock k20 head swap+kpro tune?

Well, I suppose I should update this after all this time. Basically the CR-V was claimed by a semi in a t-bone accident shortly after this post.
The good news is the dream hasn't died. It will come to fruition at some point.
