Default 2012 CRV Charging Voltage Problem

On my 2012 CRV batteries going dead, replaced battery, and noted charging voltage is 12.2 v when lights are off, 14.4 with lights on - opposite of what you'd expect with bad alternator or slipping belt. (Voltage lower than 12.8 while running means the battery is being discharged) Bought digital voltmeter that plugs into cig lighter, shows this happens most of the time, took it to dealer, he verified there is a problem. After his tech made usual tests of electrical system, the problem went away. Voltage then stayed above 14 v all the time while at the dealer. Drove away with lights off, and voltage immediately returned to 12.2v. Drove back, and voltage returned to 14.4. Let it go for a year or so, watching the digital voltmeter, turn the lights on when battery starts to get low which always increases the voltage to 14.4 and charges the battery. Have seen the same problem reported on other forums, so far no solution. There is a service bulletin out for this problem calling for a PCM software update (7105A7), but dealer says it has already been worked on my car. Anyone found a solution?
