Default 2007 and up CR-V a/c compressor question

I have been told by some repair techs that some of the 07 and up Honda CRV a/c compressors have a seperate sump for oil. I remember seeing this type of compressors on late 80's Jeeps and Chryslers but I was unaware that this is still being done.

I'v done my research on identifix/motologic/iatn and found that under a/c refrigerant capacity Honda states "Since the oil separator is equipped inside the A/C compressor for this vehicle, oil drainage is unnecessary at the time of A/C compressor replacement." But I also found another TSB that states "a new compressor comes with a full oil charge for the entire system so some oil must be drained before install"

Can any Honda techs clear this up for me? I want to make sure I am giving accurate information
