Hey fellow honda owners. I'm having a problem with my honda element. 9 times out of 10 when i try to start my element it buzzes from the ignition cut relay. I replaced it with a new one only for it to do the same thing. I bypassed my clutch safety switch to see if that was the issue and same problem. I believe it has the stock alarm on it. I'm not sure where to look next. i checked all the wiring that i could see and it looks good. the battery is clean and had it tested and it was fine as well. what should i look for next? I'm not real good with cars but i have common sense and am decent with electronics. i don't have a voltmeter either. i'm almost to the point of taking it to a repair shop but i'm in stationed in hawaii and the prices here will break a man. any suggestions would be more than appreciated.
