2003 CRV compliance bushing

2003 CRV compliance bushing
New to the site and have to replace the front compliance bushing. anyone have a way to trick the bushing out without removing the control arm.

My knowledge on CRVs is pretty limited to 1st generation only, but aren't those pressed in? A quick look up of the part it appears that they are. It isn't a huge deal to remove the LCA without removing much else aside from the sway bar link. Sorry, but aside from removing the sleeved bushings, I can't really help beyond this. Good Luck!

There's a utube video of the 15 minute LCA bushing change on a civic. The guy loosened the front end of the control arm, pried it out and lodged a big socket to keep it open. The old bushing was fried and came out easily. He used a pneumatic hammer to tap the new bushing in place instead of a press.

Am I missing something here? Those bushings have an outer metal sleeve that is an interference fit to the lower control arm. Some type of press is needed...
