Default 2003 CRV A/C Compressor Clutch will not engage, troubleshooting

Hi-
Bought this 03' CRV 105K 5spd in March. I turn the A/C switch on and the fans do run but the compressor clutch does not engage. I checked the line pressure which was too high so I evacuated some refigerant until my guage read within specs. The refigerant has not leaked since. Compressor wires are connected. Switched the relay under the hood with a known working relay. I know there is a pressure switch but don't know where it is located (on condensor?)
Can anybody tell me what the step by step troubleshooting procedures are? Thanks!

Put 12v DC onto the clutch yourself and see if it engages, if it does you know its a wiring fault/supply fault. If it doesnt then you know its the clutch coil

It's on the passenger side hard line, after the condenser.

replacd the clutch and coil, i do about a dozen a month.

jump the pressure switch and see if it kicks on. if so, your pressure is too low. did you check the pressure while the car was running? it will read WAY different once the car is running IF the compressor engages.
