Thank you sir ... if I read it right then the two wires for Cruise Control switch on the steering wheel are " Green Red and Green black " ? Can anyone confirm ? I am swapping the AP1 steering wheel into this CR-V .

Ok I pulled the trigger ( see photos ) .... the fitment is perfect . It is plug and play but again I couldn't figure it out the three wires ( Grey ) coming out from CC switch so it's not hooked up right now cause I'm not sure which one is which to connect to AP1 CC switch . Again , I'm Not sure what the engineer thinking when they design this CC switch - three wires have the same color ( grey )???? . The AP1 CC clearly have three different color. Any one have better idea ?

lol I still have to hook up the cruise control switch bro ... somebody help on that 3 grey wires please . This would be a big help for whoever wants to swap the AP1 one .

Yes , the AP1 CC have three wires too .

Did a research for the CR-V vs AP1 earlier but still couldn't figure it out on the CR-V as you can see from my pics above . There are three " Grey Wires " from the CC switch but when you looked in the diagram , there are no 3 grey wires and no problem with the AP1 .

I hope you get the answer soon. My CR-V steering wheel is peeling and flaking nasty. This would be a very nice replacement mod.
