1999 CRV P0300 - P0304
A couple days ago my CRV started misfiring, came on rather quickly. Now it misfires frequently, car shakes as it goes down the road. In the week preceeding I did a tune up because of a leaking distributor seal. Replaced the plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap, reset the timing. Car worked fine for a couple days before the problems started. I checked compression today, all between 170-185. Put a computer on it and pulled p0300 through p0304, Random misfire and misfire on each cylinder. Also p0001, fuel volume regulator. Where should I go from here? I've read other posts suggesting valve adjustments, would this cause an an abrupt change? CRV really runs rough. I was thinking something more like the distributor as all four cylinders are having misfires.

Misfires are determined by a fluctuation in the crankshaft speed as it passes through each 180* of revolution. Recheck everything you did first, then I'd be looking at fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel filter to start.

Thanks for all the help.
I ended up replacing the distributor and that took care of all the problems. This is the 3rd distributor I've put into the CRV, they seem to last for a couple years and then crap out.
