WTF. Rear Toe Adjustment Rotted
 

i went to firestone for an alignment and they said my rear toe adjustment is rotted. can this be fixed, replaced or anything?

will put them up asap. where is the adjustment anyway? isnt it the bolt that is goes into the body?

I would think that he means the bushing is rotted. There is a bolt that goes to the body that has approx 1.5" of adjustment. You can get a new stock rear toe arm, or an adjustble one from SPC or wicked

it depends on whats "rotted".

the rear toe arm is connected to the chassis and bolted thru a slot. you adjust the rear toe in the slot. its very conceivable that this slot is all jacked up and rusted and unable to safely adjust.

these cars are 20 years old.... its no surprise.
