Wipers are not returning home?

Wipers are not returning home?
Ok guys so my 88 civic dx that i recently bought the wipers wont return to the home position. As they are wiping if i stop them in the upright position this is where they stop. What is the problem? Is this a wiper motor problem?

You've got a park circuit, look up the wiring diagram and you'll see it. This happens all the time. Could be mechanical problem too, im not entireley sure, but usually it's a faulty park circuit.
